BUYER BROKER PARTICIPATION TERMS

A commission equal to 20% of our net commissions will be paid to the licensed real estate

broker/agent who meets the terms below and whose registered buyer pays for and closes on the subject property.

TO QUALIFY, BUYER BROKER/AGENT MUST:

Register prospective Buyer(s) for a specific property, prior to any inspection of the property by the buyer and no less than 72hrs prior to the auction.

Broker must complete the “Broker Participation Acknowledgement Form”, sign the Buyer Broker Participation Terms and submit it to Seller or Pierce Auction Service and Real Estate, Inc. by hand or by fax at 1.336.764-2099, Or call 336.813-3333

2.  Terms no less than 72 hours prior to the auction and prior to any showing.

3.  Accompany and sign in with your client at any inspection of the property.

4.  Broker Participation Acknowledgement Form must be signed by both the prospective buyer and the broker.

5.  Attend the auction with the prospect.

*No broker/agent will be recognized on a prospect who has previously contacted  Seller or Pierce Auction Service and Real Estate, Inc., or has been previously  contacted by Seller or Pierce Auction Service and Real Estate, Inc.

 No commission will be paid to any broker acting as a principal in the purchase of The property. An affidavit stating that neither broker, nor any of his/her employees or agents, nor any member of his/her immediate family or employees or agents  mmediate family, is a principal, will be required. Commissions will be paid by  Pierce Auction Service and Real Estate, Inc only upon closing. A complete registration file on all prospects will be maintained. All registrations accepted

by Pierce Auction Service and Real Estate, Inc.. will be acknowledged via fax or phone and in writing at the auction.

There can be NO EXCEPTIONS to this procedure and no oral registrations will be accepted.
