To get to these properties you drive out of downtown Denton on South Main Street one mile beyond the city limits. Signs marking the auction is on the right. Address is 2000 South Main Street, extension. There is a 60' wide access easement into the 41.339 acre tract. The easement right-of-way runs directly in front of the two manufactured homes. If you drive approximately 600 feet further south down South Main Street you will see the 30 foot access easement that goes into the 37.96 Acre tract. Approximately 900 feet back off the highway these properties border each other running back approximately 2,076.95 feet to the 17.43 acre tract which is the home place of the seller, Mr. Allred. The combination of the 41.339 acre tract and the 37.96 acre tract run a total of 1,474.67 feet wide bordering the 17.43 acre home place property of the owner.
