Announcements made from the auction podium shall take precedence over any and all printed or broadcast  matter in or on Brochures, Cards, Newspapers, Radio, TV, Internet, Web Sites, and Bidders Manuel.  The Owner(s) and the Auctioneer and or the Auction Company reserve the right to: add to or delete from, omit or otherwise Modify the "Terms and Conditions"  of this auction, and/or the amount and/or the type of property to be offered, either Real Estate or Personal Property.  All property subject to this auction sale is being offered at Public Auction with a 10% Buyer Premium being added by the seller,  to the last and final bid, thereby becoming a part of the full contract purchase price.  Information published herein and as might otherwise be provided is from sources deemed reliable, but neither Auctioneer Keith J.
